Shipping Policy
After you place your order, it will be promptly processed by our fulfillment team. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email — and you can also track your package directly through the Ground & Glow website or via SMS notifications.
We currently offer one shipping method:
Insured Domestic Shipping (6–12 business days)
All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse and are fully insured until they arrive at your door.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email and SMS.
You can also track your order at any time by visiting the tracking section on our official website.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If you do not receive tracking details within 2 days after your shipping confirmation, contact us at support@ground-glow.com with your full name and order number. We’ll assist you promptly.
Missing Items
If anything is missing from your order, please reach out to us at support@ground-glow.com. Occasionally, items may ship separately. If there’s been an error, we’ll ship the missing item to you via express shipping at no extra cost.
